Description:
The purpose of the public tender is to find partner(s) who will organize language cafes for practicing the Estonian language in 2026-2027. a. To achieve the goal of public procurement, up to 7 procurement contracts are concluded. The tenderer organizes two cafes within the selected part of the public procurement - the first one at the cafe's freely chosen time in the period 2.03.2026-07.06.2026 and - at the freely chosen time of another cafe in the period 01.03.2027-06.06.2027.a / Basis of disposal and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Language cafe in Tallinn On Lasnamäi The language café (in accordance with AD Annex 1 point 1.2 in each location specified in the public procurement) must be open continuously once a week for 3 academic hours at a time (1 appointment = 3 academic hours). One language cafe takes place 10 times in total, or 30 academic class. At least 8 representatives of the target group and 4-8 volunteers participate in one language cafe. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Language cafe in the center of Tallinn Language cafe (according to AD Appendix 1 point 1.2 in each location specified in the public procurement section) must be open continuously once a week for 3 academic hours at a time (1 appointment = 3 academic hours). One language cafe is held 10 times in total, or 30 academic hours.
