- Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the concluded contract is to obtain an independent assessment of the implementation model of RKT trainings carried out within the framework of activity 1 of the VÔTI TAT support measure, including resource efficiency, and to assess the relevance of the trainings ordered through it and performance. The evaluation must provide recommendations for improving the relevance and effectiveness of RKT trainings and, if necessary, for the transformation of the RKT implementation model, including specifying the intervention method, content, volume and target groups, so that strategic achieving the goals would be more effective both in the current and the next (2028-2034) EU funding period.
