- A major event means ordering a service related to the organization of various events by the supplier, including the organization of a concert, presentation, seminar, workshop, high-level conference, etc., either as a so-called full solution or in another form. The supplier reserves the right to conclude a framework contract with only one provider,if there is only one bid that has been recognized as appropriate, by applying alternative conditions when concluding procurement contracts on the basis of a framework agreement. In this case, it is an amendment of the framework agreement on the basis of § 123 paragraph 1 point 2 of the RHS. Alternative framework contract provisions with one or more bidders are given in the basic procurement documentss, the difference lies in the regulations related to the mini-competition.

Major event means ordering a service related to the organization of various events by the supplier, including the organization of a concert, presentation, seminar, workshop, high-level conference, etc., or a so-called full solutionused or in another form.
The procurer reserves the right to conclude a framework contract with only one tenderer, if there is only one bid that has been recognized as appropriate, by applying alternative conditions when concluding procurement contracts based on a framework contract. In this case, it is a change of the framework agreement on the basis of Section 123(1)(2) of the RHSl. Alternative provisions of the framework contract with one or more providers are given in the basic procurement documents, the difference lies in the regulations related to the mini-tender.
