- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to find service providers for the provision of support person service for people who use drugs (hereinafter NTI). The aim of the support person service is to improve the independent coping, health, work and quality of life of the person in the advisory person through continuous support and experience in sharing, counseling and assistance services, as well as promoting and reducing risk behaviors. Priority is the prevention of health and socio-economic problems that may be involved in risk behavior or to solve problems that have already arisen.
