- Description:
- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement procedure is to enter into a contract with an advertising agency that successfully conducts a marketing campaign to promote fish and fish products in Estonia (implementation of ideas and organization of all the necessary outsourcing and campaign). The description of the service is given in Annex 1 to the procurement documents. The contract is funded by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Funds. The cost of the contract is EUR 1,300,000 (including VAT). Pursuant to § 85 (7) of the RHS, the cost of the contract is fixed and the tenders are assessed only on the basis of qualitative criteria. The evaluation methodology of the tenders is described in clause 8 and Annex 1 of the procurement document "Proposal to submit the tender". The contract shall enter into force upon signature and shall be valid for 18 months.
