• Description:
• The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract(s) for the purchase of FISH probes necessary for the analysis. The procurer concludes the framework contract(s) with up to 5 (five) qualified bidders who have submitted a bid that has been recognized as appropriate. The framework agreement(s) are concluded with a term of 3 (three) years from the conclusion of the contract or until the maximum value of the contract(s) is fulfilled, depending on which circumstance occurs first. The expected number of analyzes for 3 (three) years is presented in Appendix 1. The procurer is not obliged to purchase the products in the expected volume, but orders products according to the real need arising in the provision of healthcare services. The procurer has the right to increase the quantity of purchased goods within each framework agreement, including products outside the shopping basket, by 50% of the bid price, which is also the maximum of the framework agreement. for the cost.
