- Description:
- A brief description of the procurement: concluding a framework contract for the purchase of railway insulating locks (kits and/or spare parts) for the years 2025-2028. The framework contract will be obtained as needed by 60E1 (UIC60), R65 and/or R50 as needed. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Annexes to the HD 1-1.2. The first purchase for which the contract is immediately concluded concerns 100E1 sets of the railway insulating locks. The maximum amount of rail isolation locks 60E1 is 330 (which is not binding on the contracting authority), the expected amount of the framework contract after the first purchase is 300. The maximum amount of R65 is 90 (which is not binding to the contracting authority), the expected amount of framework contract is 80. The deadline is 36 months from the entry into force of the framework contract or until the maximum volume of the framework contract is fulfilled.
