- Brief description of the tender: Based on § 13 of the Act on Victim Assistance and the Regulation on the Professional Training Requirements and Training of Persons Providing Victim Assistance, the Social Insurance Board has the obligation to train employees of sexual violence crisis assistance centers. The person directly providing sexual violence crisis assistance must have passed within one year of starting work, basic victim support training and additional training on sexual violence in order to meet the requirements set out in the regulation.
