- Short description of the procurement: Healthcare provision is provided to victims of human trafficking. Pursuant to § 4 (3) of the OHA, a person who is the victim in § 133-1333, 138-140 or 175 of the victim is the victim in criminal proceedings initiated by the traits of a crime laid down in § 133-1333, 138-140 or 175, or a person who would be treated as victims in the criminal proceedings of the criminal proceedings laid down in a similar foreign criminal law. The purpose of healthcare is to ensure high -quality general assistance to the victims of trafficking, based on professionally accepted requirements, the legislative and ethical principles of society, the needs and expectations of the victim of human trafficking.
