- Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of hemodialysis catheters and fistula needles. Product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The scope of the procurement also includes conducting training on the use of each offered product at the request of the procurer. The training must be conducted in Estonian and the venue is the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The procurement is divided into 5 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. The framework agreements are concluded according to the terms of Annex 2 with a deadline of 30.11.2028. In the event that the same tenderer is recognized as successful in several parts, one framework contract will be concluded with him, which covers all the relevant parts of the procurement.
