- The purpose of the commissioned impact analysis is to describe the results and long-term effects of the Estonian family-friendliness label program and to examine the progress of the Estonian family-friendliness label development program and to make proposals for further implementation. It is also necessary to evaluate the communication and awareness made so far operation of the lifting methodology. Based on the results of the analysis, the label of a family-friendly employer is developed. It must be possible to assess problems according to target groups. Based on the results and recommendations of the impact analysis, it is planned to improve the quality of the activities of the family-friendliness program and, if necessary, make changes to it regarding the implementation process.
As the final result of the analysis, a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of the development program of the Estonian family-friendliness label is presented and recommendations are proposed to improve the organization, which are based on the research results and have been validated by experts / representatives of the target group. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents
