• The object of the procurement is to find an implementation partner. The tasks of the implementing partner are: • Conducting a pilot project in Estonia for the implementation of targeted intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder and speech delay and their parents; • Preparation of the pilot project plan in cooperation with the customer, which is based on the purpose and activities described by the customer and outlines what, how and when it is planned to be done; •Finding the operators of the necessary interventions for the pilot project, cooperation with the operators of the feasibility study, the participants in the interventions finding children and families and preparing and organizing referral processes.
