Description:
Brief description of the procurement: On the order of the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture, in February 2024, in cooperation with Sustinere OÜ, a greenhouse gas footprint, or climate impact, or carbon footprint was prepared for Estonian agricultural companies engaged in primary production. evaluation tool. The Estonian University of Life Sciences conducted the study "Carbon footprint of agricultural enterprises, i.e. test evaluations of climate impact at the company and product level" (public procurement no. 282148), the purpose of which was to test the tool, and in the final report of this study suggestions for supplementing and improving the tool were brought out. The purpose of this procurement is to make the corrections recommended by Sustinere OÜ in the Excel-based carbon footprint assessment tool1 (hereinafter referred to as the tool) intended for agricultural enterprises.
