Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to transfer the cooling system to the Ravila 14a study building to the distance cooling in accordance with the description of the works set out in Annex 1. It is mandatory for the tenderer to examine the description and project documentation of the works, to verify the volumes of the submitted work volumes before submitting the tender and to take into account the services and volumes of the contracting authority in the technical description of the tender documents. The tenderer must inform the contracting authority immediately of the deficiencies or contradictions. In the event that the deficiencies or contradictions are discovered after the submission of the offer, the tenderer shall bear the additional costs involved.
