- A brief description of the procurement: The procurement is ordered by the restoration work of the water regime in Pärnu County, Pärnu City and Saarde rural municipality and in the restoration area of North Sakala rural municipality in Viljandi County. The aim is to improve or restore the condition of the preserved, degraded or destroyed wet forests and improve the condition of the plague and the white bar and the stream of the trap. It can also be assumed that during the restoration activities, the conditions of the wet habitats associated with the recovery areas will improve.
