Description:
Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender contract is the ordering of owner supervision services for the University of Tartu Faculty of Law teaching building (Kaarli pst 3, Tallinn) during the construction period of reconstruction, construction and furnishing works. The technical description is presented in Appendix 1.
The period of service provision is construction works at the time of making for 19 (nineteen) months.
If the period of construction works is changed by the agreement of the client and the main contractor, the service contract will be extended accordingly, and the service will be paid for on the basis of the agreed unit price until the actual completion of the works.
If construction work is completed earlier, the contract for the provision of owner supervision service is also terminated by agreement of the parties after the signing of the act of handing over and acceptance of the construction works by the builder and the customer by.
