- Short Description of the Procurement: Elering AS designs and reconstructs the 110kV overhead line L141 from the Kuuste 110kV substation to the existing mast, using the "Key-Kati" method. 16 (including mast change). During the renovation, a new overhead line will be created - Unikuela no. L095 and Unikuela - Polva no. L141.From the mast 16 to the Polva substation, the existing line remains.
