- Short description of the procurement: The contracting authority will build the L8011 and L163 cable lines on the basis of a preliminary project. Construction is done by the "Key Hands" method. Keys Hand means that all the equipment in the project volume will be delivered with the necessary design work, installed, configured, checked etc. and will be finally transferred to the customer. The facilities are designed and constructed and handed over to the contracting authority. All equipment supplies must also be installed and employed.
