• Description:
• The object of the public procurement is the creation of a program in cultural and leisure activities and its provision in accordance with the technical description of the object of the public procurement, taking into account the description of the selected part of the public procurement (see point 1.3 of Annex 1 of the AD). The purpose of the public procurement is to find up to 10 cooperation partners who create and offer activities according to the technical description of the public procurement item, taking into account the description of the selected public procurement part (see point 1.3 of Annex 1 of the AD). / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See tenders of the basic documents Tallinn Central or Kristiine district The tenderer creates a program of activities and offers the created program in Tallinn City Center or Kristiine district according to the technical description of the public procurement item. The tenderer creates the selected part of the public procurement program of activities by April 13, 2026 and based on this, offers activities to one group in the period 11.05.2026-31.10.2026 and to another group in the period 11.01.2027-30.06.2027 (See point 1 of Appendix 1 of AD for more details). / Basis of elimination and qualification conditions: See basic procurement documents Mustamäe district of Tallinn The provider creates a program of activities and offers the created program in Tallinn's Mustamäe district according to the technical description of the public procurement item.
