Description:
Brief description of the procurement: Leasing three motor vehicles, an 8-seater minibus and two passenger cars to the Pärnu City Government with a lease period of 60 months from the handover of the vehicle. The procurement is divided into parts: Part 1 - M1 category passenger cars 2 pcs (vehicle I and II) - delivery time from the conclusion of the contract up to 6 months, vehicle rental period 60 months from the handover of the vehicle; Part 2 - M1 category 8-seater minibus (vehicle III) - delivery time up to 8 months from the conclusion of the contract, vehicle rental period 60 months from the handover of the vehicle The supplier gives vehicles owned by the procurer are transferred to the provider as a one-time payment upon signing the operating lease agreement. The procurer organizes a visual inspection of the vehicles to be handed over as a down payment to the bidders upon signing the operating lease agreement. The bidder or the bidder's representative has the obligation to inspect the vehicles and is required to sign the corresponding act on the spot regarding the inspection of the condition of the vehicles.
