- A brief description of the procurement: The main purpose of this project is to reconstruct the apartment building at Mäe Street 4, located in the Võru environmental value area. A construction procurement for the reconstruction of an apartment building is carried out. The project will reconstruct the entire building and ensure the needs of the utility systems. External railings will be reconstructed, utility systems (including heating unit, apartment -based heat recovery ventilation system) will be reconstructed, and the preparation of the renewable energy production plant will be built. During the reconstruction, the public surfaces will be made heated. The Viikas of the apartment building complies with the requirements of the European Bauhaus.
