- The purpose of this procurement is to conclude framework contracts for the purchase of metal osteosynthesis tools and joint endoprostheses for traumatology for three years. This procurement is divided into 23 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. The object of procurement belongs to the users of the product at the request of the procurer (doctors, nurses) carrying out training on the use of each offered product, which must ensure safe and proper use of the product in accordance with current good medical practices and include, among other things, an overview of the product and instructions on how to use it. The training must be conducted in the Estonian language and its location is according to the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. In parts 1 to 14 and 22, the supplier wishes to conclude a framework agreement under the terms of the consignment warehouse (draft framework agreement Appendix 25) and in the remaining parts under the terms of the purchase of goods (draft framework agreement Appendix 26).
