Description:
A brief description of the procurement: the contracting authority orders the study programs "Estonian Language Technology 2018-2027" (EKT) and "Estonian language and culture in the digital age 2019-2027" (EKKs) (EKKs). The aim of the study is to find out how effective the EKK and ETK programs have been effective, ie mapping the sectoral situation and evaluating,The extent to which the EKK and ETK program goals have been met and how programs have contributed more generally to the TA of the Estonian language, culture and language technology. The goal is also to get suggestions on how to develop the TA of the Language of the HTM and whether and how it would be appropriate to finance the language industryTA-D after the ends of the programs in 2027, taking into account the trends in the world,), a limited budget and avoiding duplication with other measures. The duration of the study is eight months.
