A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement is to design a lift chaht and an elevator in the Narva Language Eleceum on time and at optimum costs, to facilitate the integration of the student learning process with special educational needs (HEV). Including the functionality of the lift, accessibility, must be guaranteed, Safety, energy efficiency, durability and long lasting. The job of the contractor is to draw up a construction project at the stage of the main project and to obtain a building permit. In addition, a calculation of the cost of the construction work must be prepared.
