Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of this procurement is to find auditor service providers to conduct an independent and objective audit of the financial statements of various projects carried out by the contracting authority. The service provider must be familiar with the EC auditing process, which is described in the guidance: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/common/guidance/indicative-audit-programme_en.pdf. Auditable projects known at the beginning of the procurement procedure are: LIFE Nature and Biodiversity European Horizon - OH-Boost European Horizon - GAIN4CROPS Horizon Europe Framework Programme LIFE programme, GSELIFEAboveBorders European Horizon, MultiSoil European Horizon, Precilience_MIME European Horizon, Precilience_PKTE LIFE Connecting Meadows etc. Listed projects the list is not final and more projects may be added during the framework agreement. The framework agreement enters into force upon signing and is valid for 48 months.
