Description:
We would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 5 (five) providers for pre-ordered catering services, coffee breaks and related services in the buildings and properties of the University of Tartu located in Tartu and on leased premises, where the owner or occupier of the premises does not restrict (does not prohibit) external catering service providers. If the number of eligible tenders is less than 5, the framework contract may be concluded with a smaller number of tenderers.
The start date of the service provided in the field "expected duration of the framework agreement" in the public procurement register is indicative and non-binding - the framework agreement enters into force upon signing and is valid untiluni 14.12.2024.
