- Brief description of the tender: We would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 6 (six) providers for the ordering of pre-ordered catering services, coffee breaks and related services in the buildings and properties of the University of Tartu located in Tartu, as well as on leased premises, where the owner or occupier of the premises does not restrict (does not prohibit) external catering service providers. If the number of eligible tenders is less than 6, the framework contract may be concluded with a smaller number of tenderers. The start date of the conclusion of the framework contract indicated on the form of the State Procurement Register is assumed and not legally binding.
