Description:
Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is the updating of the draft report of the general plan of Luunja municipality (hereinafter referred to as UE) and the strategic assessment of environmental impact (hereinafter referred to as EIA), the repeated publication of the draft and the completion of the procedure until the UE is established, and assessment of the economic, social, cultural and natural environment impacts that may accompany spatial development and, based on this, setting the conditions for sustainable and balanced spatial development. Impact assessment is to the extent necessary for the proper preparation of the general plan and KSH in accordance with legislation. The public presentation of the draft of Luunja municipality's ÜP and CSH took place in 2023, but the preparation and procedure of the ÜP stopped in 2024.
