Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement: to carry out a legal analysis of guardianship of adults, i.e. an analysis of the application of the law and the scope of legal authority and obligation, in order to create clarity for the implementation of guardianship as a measure on a uniform basis and to find out in which situations guardianship as a measure is goal-oriented and feasible and primarily fulfills the function of protecting the guardian's interests in order to support the guardian's independent functioning in society in a way that infringes on his autonomy as little as possible.
An analysis is ordered, the purpose of which is to map the ones regulating the guardianship of adults provisions, to analyze the powers and obligations granted to the guardian and to explain which situations in the field of guardianship can be solved by the guardianship measure and in which cases alternative solutions are necessary. Based on the analysis, guidelines for guardianship as a measure will be prepared for primary level counselors for the assessment of implementation and, if necessary, proposals for updating and amending legislation are presented.
