• The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement on the basis of which the University of Tartu can order maintenance and development services for the external website of the University of Tartu www.ut.ee, its approximately 57 subdomains and the internal website (intranet) in accordance with the procurement documents (incl. to the conditions presented in Appendix 1). The start date of the contract indicated in the tender notice is assumed and is not legally binding.
