- Brief description of the tender: The subject of this tender is the ordering of the maintenance service of the Lõõla Learning Center in Järva for 30 months and the execution of other related works/services and deliveries in accordance with the volumes, conditions and requirements stated in the basic documents of this tender. In order to submit an offer, viewing the object is mandatory. Later claims and price changes will not be accepted. The contractor registers the companies that have familiarized themselves with the object. Information on viewing the object can be found under point 1 of the compliance conditions. The offer must include all direct and indirect costs necessary for the proper execution of the contract and the achievement of the purpose of the order. All works must be taken into account in the offer, i.e. the offer must be final for the procurer.
