Ordering a replacement service for a family caregiver The subject of the contract is the provision of a family carer replacement service in accordance with § 21 of Tallinn City Council Regulation No. 25 "Conditions and procedures for the provision of social services" of October 7, 2021, which consists of a high need for care in replacing the family caregiver of an adult person in care activities and ensuring supervision, allowing the caregiver a short-term vacation and the opportunity to use free time.
