Description:
Short description of the procurement: The object of the contract is not related to the activities of the network sector set out in § 146-147 of the RHS. The procurement procedure shall be conducted in accordance with § 1009 - § 1013 of the LOA and the instructions and other source documents prepared by the relevant legislation and procurement organizer. This is a competition and the organizer of the competition has reserved the right to negotiate with the tenderers. Inspection of the object for the purpose of exploring the workload and to resolve the issues related to the preparation and submission of the tender is required to participate in the attendance visitor.
