Short Description of the Procurement: Procurement Object: Construction of the Interior and External Finishing of Muratsi Harbor Harbor Harbor Harbor
The volume of construction work includes the following works:
Interior walls Finishing;
Insulation of ceilings with finish;
Installation of floor coverings throughout the building;
Sauna steam room, toilet and laundry construction and finishing;
The heating solution covering the entire building, based on an air-to-water heat pump, with equipment installation;
Electrical and pipeline and complete Ventilation system with equipment installation.
Construction of an outdoor terrace around the building, including stairs and ramps;
Ensuring the use of the port, including the preparation and submission of documents necessary for applying for a permit.
Payment order:
Payment for the works will take place after complete completion of the works, Signing of the admission report by the contracting authority and acceptance of the ARIB to the customer.
