Short Description of the Procurement: The contracting authority has a valid apartment building in a 50% first decision. Planned construction activity 2025a. The time of carrying out the works if the object is handed over to the contractor and the contractor can carry out the work for up to 9 months. Pursuant to the contract, after the contract is made for 2 months of the preparation period and after the completion of the construction work, the completion of a 1 month period to transfer the documentation. The house is 3-storey, with 3 stairwells, 18 apartments. During the re-establishment, facade insulation, roof renovation and intermediate insulation, windows and exterior and fire barriers are performed, foundation insulation, balconies renovation, heating system renovation and balancing, new heating unit installation, reconstruction of water and sewerage system Installation of equipment, installation of public surfaces and apartments for new windows.
