Brief description of the tender: In 2026, the Institute of Health Development plans to carry out a public tender for ordering the study "Values, attitudes and beliefs that shape the food choices of the adult population of Estonia". The purpose of the planned study is to find out the main factors that affect Estonian adults the daily food choices of the population, to map the values, beliefs and attitudes related to nutrition and health, and to understand their reasons and motivation to change their lifestyle. The results are the input for the nutrition counseling service model integrated into primary health care and those supporting its implementation for the development of tools, information materials and trainings and for the strategic planning of cross-sectoral outreach and intervention activities. The information that the procurer wants to collect during the market research is presented in point 5 of the Market research invitation, and the answers to participate in the market research are submitted in the public procurement through the register.
