- Short description of the procurement: Energy audit is prepared for the wastewater treatment plant in Tartu (designed 100,000 IE). As a result of the energy audit, proposals for the performance of energy saving projects will be prepared. Based on the energy audit, it is planned to apply for a grant from the EIC "increase in energy efficiency of wastewater treatment". Based on the results of the energy audit, the wastewater treatment plant development plan will be prepared for the next 12 years.
