- Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is the preparation of the functional development plan of AS Tallinna Haigla, stage I (FAK I). FAK I must deal with AS Tallinna Haigla's development trends in the transitional period until 31.12.2036 and describe the provision of services and functional principles of organization in the mentioned time period. FAK I is the basis for the preparation of the functional development plan stage II (FAK II), which specifies the spatial solution and medical technological needs, and AS Tallinna Haigla's development strategy 2027-2031 development. FAK I must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs, enabling its submission and processing in accordance with the valid approval procedure. The provider considers that FAK I is part of its obligations in fulfilling the contract changing and supplementing according to the proposals of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
