Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to design the reconstruction of the ice rink at Narva Juuli tn 4 (including the renovation of the concrete base of the ice hockey field and the replacement of the gates) in the main project stage, based on 2025, on time and at optimal costs. to the regular audit report of the prepared building, and to prepare an estimate of the cost of construction works. As part of the project, the contractor submits an application for a building permit electronically through the building register and obtains a building permit.
