Description:
Brief description of the tender: The object of the tender is the cleaning and cleaning of the Vanemuise concert hall at Vanemuise 6, Tartu. The area to be cleaned is 4200 square meters. The cleaning time cannot be considered as a regular cleaning frequency, but the cleaning time must be coordinated every month according to the working schedule of the Pärnu concert hall. There is daily regular cleaning + post-event cleaning depending on the events. Approximately 10 people work in the buildings during the day, and up to 900 people visit the building in the evenings when there is a full house event. 140 are held annually events of different sizes and nearly 60,000 visitors visit the building annually.
