Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement is the construction of a service and office building on the immovables of Peterburi tee 73 (cadastral code: 78403:314:0138), Peterburi tee 73a (cadastral code: 78403:314:0137) and Plasti 12 (cadastral code: 78403:314:0125) as a general contractor, the building permit is being issued. The scope of work includes the preparation of working designs for the execution of construction works. Procurement is the demolition of the administrative building (EHR code 101023036) on Peterburi tee 73/1 (cadastral code 78403:314:0138) together with the entrance to the workshop building and the arrangement of the immovable according to the demolition project for the buildings of Peterburi tee 73 and 73a. The said work must be carried out after the construction of a new service and office building at 73a Peterburi Road. Building permit No. 2512271/0061 has been issued for the demolition of the building on 06.01.2025. The demolition of the gate building (POS 2) and the car maintenance center (POS 3) is not part of the scope of this procurement. Before submitting a bid, inspect the site with a representative of the contracting authority. More detailed information is provided in the compliance conditions.
