Description:
Elering AS carries out an open procurement procedure for the development of a data platform. As a result of the procurement, a framework contract with a successful tenderer shall be concluded with the first contract, which is the subject of the POC (Proof of Concept). POC success criteria are laid down in the source document of the procurement "Data Platform POC Description" in the fifth in the chapter. Following the performance of the first contract and confirming the success of the POC by the contracting authority, the contracting authority has the right to order the deployment and development services of the cloud-based data platform from the partner of the framework contract under the framework contract. The Framework Agreement Partner all of the Framework Agreement related to the execution of the first contract Expenditure (including costs related to POC) shall be fully covered by the partner of the framework contract. Before declaring POC successful, the contracting authority does not make the cost of the procurement or order software solutions or related services.
