Procurement of Rail Baltica's regional passenger transport rolling stock The subject of the contract is the purchase of Rail Baltica's regional passenger transport rolling stock with accompanying services, as well as rolling stock unit options. The technical description is attached (Appendix 1). Each supplier will sign a contract with the successful tenderer (Elron, LTG, Vivi) separate contract.
