Description:
The Labor Inspectorate wishes to obtain a complete solution for a call center during the period of 01.01.2026-31.12.2029, which allows for service and outgoing calls, send out SMS notifications or to carry out clients' massages through SMS. The structure of the call center is subject -based, ie each topic is separate Service number - Information line. The calls arrived at the service number will be directed to the order of the corresponding information line. Each order is served by a different group of agents and agents may be in different groups at the same time. The agents of the call center are placed all over Estonia. Customers' service takes place in shifts, thus Several agents use one of the workplaces of the call center according to the schedule. The call center of the Labor Inspectorate operates Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm.
