- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to provide psychological counseling service for non-learning and non-working young people aged 13-29 to enter and continue working and/or continue to study in the following local governments-Saaremaa rural municipality, Muhu rural municipality and Ruhnu rural municipality. ServiceDuring the provision, it is necessary to map the situation of the target group, identify the main problems and to improve the young coping of the psychological counseling process (including providing support for continuing studies, returning to education and/or reaching the labor market) in accordance with the technical descriptionto the requirements and instructions given by the contracting authority.
