- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to find service providers to provide support person services for people who use drugs (hereafter NTI). The purpose of the support person service is to improve the independent self-sufficiency, health, work capacity and quality of life of the advised person through constant support and sharing of experiences, counseling and connection with assistance services, as well as encouraging coping with social problems and reducing risk behavior. The priority is the prevention of health and socio-economic problems that may accompany risky behavior or the resolution of problems that have already arisen.
