Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with the audit service provider, who audits the annual accounts and balance sheets of the Foundation 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 and shall carry out pre -annual accounts. Foundation reports are prepared According to the Estonian financial reporting standard. In addition, the Service Provider undertakes to carry out control of the legality of the Foundation's transactions to the extent prescribed by the National Audit Office and to submit to the National Audit Office confirmation of the comparison of the balance sheet and accounting reports. Also undertaking a service provider If necessary, provide additional tax and accounting consultations to the Foundation, which are not included in the non-Auditual services.
