- Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the procurement contract is the provision of catering services in the Estonian Maritime Museum Foundation's MARU cafés and in the outdoor area under the concession agreement under the conditions specified in the basic procurement documents. The procurer, if necessary, orders the gate ring service from the caterer on the basis of the provisions of Section 28, subsection 3 of the Public Procurement Act RHS. The Maritime Museum's MARU cafes are one and important part of the entire image of the unique Maritime Museum, which is based on the entire concept of the museum, with a view to introducing maritime history and bringing it to visitors through food culture. The food and drinks on offer, as well as interior details, refer to the connection with the sea and our eating habits.
