Description:
As a result of the procurement, KLAT providers are being sought. The subject of the procurement is the provision of services in accordance with the regulation provided for in Chapter 3 of the Social Welfare Act (SHS), Section 71 "Closed children's institution service". The service of a closed children's institution (SHS § 1301 paragraph 1) is a 24-hour service for a child whose behavior endangers tthe mother's own life, health or development or the life or health of other persons, and this risk cannot be eliminated by any less restrictive measure, due to which the child's freedom is restricted on the basis of a court order. The service that is the object of the procurement will be provided to children with normal intelligence.
