• Brief description of the tender: In many cases, the developer is tasked with building roads and sidewalks for the development objects being built in the city of Tartu, with the obligation to hand them over to the city after completion, after which they become the city's public roads. Tartu the city has concluded mutual agreements with the developers, based on which the city's task is to order owner supervision of the objects built by the developers. To ensure compliance with the technological requirements of construction works, compliance of the materials used with the required and the quality of the final result of the work, as a result of this procurement, a management contract for the provision of owner supervision services on road construction objects being built by developers in the city of Tartu (including construction of street lighting, construction of storm water drainage) is concluded. with the aim of providing a professional and good practice owner supervision service.
